Located in a former factory building from the 1940s, this apartment was developed as a personal project.
The approach was to work with what was already there — developing a material and colour concept, selecting furniture and details, and making targeted changes to shift the overall atmosphere towards a more cohesive and warm expression.
Surfaces were refreshed throughout and details repainted or adjusted to bring clarity and continuity. The kitchen, originally from a previous renovation, was retained and integrated into the overall design, with updates to refine its presence rather than replacing it. Furniture combines inherited pieces, vintage and selected new elements.
The result is a home shaped through careful interventions, where existing conditions and new additions coexist in a modern and considered whole.
